We accept bank transfer, and cash.  We, can accept personal checks, but they have to clear the bank, prior to pick up. We now have pay pal, when you are using it, please include the 3% fee in the amount you are sending.  The only cashiers checks we can accept are from local banks and money orders from the US Post Office, sorry, there is just to much fraud with them today.

We require a non-refundable deposit, before I can agree to hold a horse, the deposit amount is 25% of the cost of the horse, plus the boarding fee per day for the number of days you expect me to hold the horse for up to 2 weeks, if you have to extend that time you will need to send an additional 25% and boarding, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE KEEP HORSES OVER 30 DAYS, UNLESS WE HAVE AGREED IN WRITING TO OTHER TERMS, IF AFTER 30 DAYS YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP YOUR HORSE ALL MONEY PAID IS FOREFEITED AND THE HORSE IS RELISTED FOR SALE.  There is a $7.00 a day boarding fee from the time of the sale until the time of pick up. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS (feed is very expensive). Any vet, farrier, or extra expenses after purchase are billed to the purchaser, and must be paid at the time of pick up.

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO GET A VET CHECK ON THE HORSE YOU ARE PURCHASING, PRIOR TO FULL PAYMENT.  I GIVE YOU ALL THE INFORMATION THAT I HAVE ON THE HORSE, THE INFORMATION MAY HAVE COME FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER.  WE DO OUR VERY BEST TO PRESENT ALL INFORMATION, BUT THE VET CAN GIVE YOU INFORMATION THAT I CANNOT GIVE YOU, BECAUSE THEY ARE TRAINED TO DO THAT.  I CAN ONLY TELL WHAT I KNOW FROM THE WAY THE HORSE HAS HANDLED WHILE IN OUR CARE AND WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER.  ALL HORSES ARE SOLD AS IS.  

  You are encouraged to try out the horse of your choice.  Bring your saddle or you can use one of ours.  You must sign a liability wavier before riding one of our horses or on our property.
WE NOW HAVE AN ARENA AND WILL HAVE POLES AND BARRELS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO TRY OUT THE HORSE OF YOUR CHOICE.  WE SHOULD HAVE A FEW HEAD OF CATTLE BY NEXT WEEK, IF YOU WANT TO SEE HOW THE HORSES DOES WITH CATTLE.
