Piper is a registered blue roan mare and she is a true blue and has that awesome quarter horse build. She stands 14.2 hands, easy to catch and is an easy keeper. This mare was trained on a cutting horse ranch and rides with a loose rein. She has an excellent handle on her, backs with her head collected just as far as you want to go. She has to have the best trot and lope for any quarter horse that I have ever rode. She is open to breed if that is your desire, and I'm sure she'd throw some beautiful babies. We bought her to use for sorting and team penning and I will probably do some training on the barrels and poles, but she doesn't like a tight rein, so not quite sure how that will work out. She is a pleasure and joy to ride, does great with her feet. You can use her with or without shoes. Her papers are all in order and can be transferred, and did you happen to notice Sun Frost on her papers?
